Prior to founding Garnet Bridge, Corey Berkey spent more than a decade in leadership roles at companies ranging in size from small businesses to organizations with several thousand employees. Most recently, Corey led the People & Talent function for a global HR tech company. In his time there, the organization experienced several stages of successful, high-growth, resulting in meaningful merger and acquisition opportunities.

Currently serving as a People & Talent Advisor, Lynzi is the trusted partner for multiple clients, delivering tailored HR and talent acquisition solutions that foster high-performing teams and long-term partnerships. She excels in building strong client relationships, navigating complex workforce challenges, and providing strategic guidance on employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. Her ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities and deliver exceptional client experiences underscores her commitment to excellence. Throughout her career, Lynzi has led initiatives that enhanced retention rates, streamlined onboarding processes, and improved organizational performance, while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to create inclusive, high-performance cultures. Her experience includes hiring and mentoring staff, creating a positive work environment, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity in the workplace. She also brings valuable expertise in relationship building from her tenure with a major regional hospitality group, where she delivered exceptional client experiences, resolved complex issues, contributed to the reduction of overall department spending, and upheld service standards in fast-paced settings.
